Remove & dispose of existing equipment - Remove insulation which is falling off of attic supply and return sheet metal trunklines - Re-insulate properly and seal to existing ductwork - Re-connect existing supply and return ductwork in most efficient way possible reducing the overall length of existing ductwork to maximize proper air flow - Modify ductwork to master bedroom and office on left side of house. (Exact method will be determined by installation manager with a walk through of installation prior to start of installation. Either option of adding a second supply of properly sizing the existing ducting is included within this quote.) - Install new attic handler in drain pan with safety overflow shut-off switch using existing uni-strut set-up hung from rafters - Run new refrigeration line to outdoor condenser unit and cover in vinyl line hide via soffit to unit below, charge with R454b refrigerant to manufacturer specification - Install new smart thermostat in living room with secondary sensor near master bedroom - Start-up system and check operation to confirm maximum performance and efficiency - Adapt electrical from existing- existing condenser (30a) to new condenser (30a), existing air handler (15a, from attic sub-panel) to new air handler (15a, from attic sub-panel) - Register manufacturer's warranties
