Either option of adding a second supply of properly sizing the existing ducting is included within this quote.)\n- Install new attic handler in drain pan with safety overflow shut-off switch using existing uni-strut set-up hung from rafters\n- Run new refrigeration line to outdoor condenser unit and cover in vinyl line hide via soffit to unit below, charge with R454b refrigerant to manufacturer specification\n- Install new smart thermostat in living room with secondary sensor near master bedroom\n- Start-up system and check operation to confirm maximum performance and efficiency\n- Adapt electrical from existing- existing condenser (30a) to new condenser (30a), existing air handler (15a, from attic sub-panel) to new air handler (15a, from attic sub-panel)\n- Register manufacturer's warranties
