Proposed 14' X 30' de4ck to replace smaller deck with minor work in the 150' upland review area in the Wepawaug River Watershed. Construct a new residential wood/composite outdoor deck attached to the rear of the primary dwelling. Deck will be 14ft. by 30ft. (420 sq. ft.), with a maximum height of 36in. above grade.
