Evaluate water damage to electrical items on first floor and basement areas. Opened up various recess lights, switches, receptacles, solar disconnect and main electrical panel. Tested bathroom exhaust fan. Found main electrical panel had significant water infiltration and will replace all circuit breakers and internal parts. Will also replace septic pump alarm. May replace switches and receptacles depending on insurance company's allowance. Return to complete project when ready with plates, appliances, and fixtures.
