Unit 8: Bathroom remodel including new framing along concrete wall between units, new sheetrock, exterior insulation, removal of window, installation of new bathtub and surround, new toilet and vanity. New electrical and plumbing supply/drain to be pulled under separate permits. Plumbing stack in CMU wall to be cut out and replaced with new drain pipes and re-cemented in place per recommendation of plumber due to signs of rusted-out galvanized drain pipes at end of life.
