Remove existing shingle roof. Inspect and replace roof decking with CDX plywood to correct thickness. Install 6 ft. of ice and water at all eaves and valleys. Install drip and rake edge. Install seam tape on all horizontal and vertical deck seams. Install synthetic underlayment. Install vent pipe boots. Install starter shingles and architectural shingles. Install ridge vent and ridge cap shingles.
