The scope of work consists of a comprehensive renovation and expansion of the existing residence at 479 High Street, Milford, CT, including structural modifications, new and altered foundations, reconstruction and reconfiguration of the first and second floors, new interior partitions and finishes, updated kitchen and bathroom layouts, new windows and exterior doors, new floor and roof framing, exterior siding and trim improvements, and construction of new porch/deck areas. Work also includes insulation, and life-safety upgrades necessary to complete the residence in accordance with the architectural plans and 2022 Connecticut building codes.
