Addition/Alteration - R

Remove existing portico and replace like for like, remove existing steel staircase to second floor at rear of house, remove existing exterior stone & concrete stairwell and wooden door structure to basement & replace with new concrete stairwell and steel bulkhead door. Replace 2 existing basement foundation windows with new like size windows.
