Re-roofing - R

Remove and dispose of existing roofing materials down to the roof deck. Inspect roof decking and replace any deteriorated or damaged sections as required. Install roof deck tape as necessary. Install new roofing underlayment, including ice and water shield, in compliance with current building codes and manufacturer requirements. Install new asphalt architectural shingles, along with new or properly re-flashed flashings, vents, and other roofing accessories as required to provide a complete and watertight roofing system.
