Addition/Alteration - R

Build a 30'x14' 2 story addition with full basement on the back of the house. The basement will have a Bilco entry on the driveway side. On the back of the addition, we build a single-story 12'x26' screened covered porch with exit into the garden. The existing shed will be removed and replaced with a 12'x24' garage with automated garage door. At the back of the garage will be a 11'x10' covered area
