Tenant fitout

Suite #303, Formally A to Z was an existing tenant space which was fit up but unoccupied when we purchased the building. The new tenant wanted this space plus some additional space. So about half the space is done, sheet rocked with ceilings and finished and the other half of the space is raw and new.
