Alteration - R

All siding will be stripped and replaced with Azek trims and Nu Cedar Siding. All windows will be removed and replaced with new Galaa Tilt and Turn New Construction windows. All exterior doors will be removed and replaced with new. The front portico will receive new roofing and new ceiling and lighting. Interior work will consist of new window trim on all windows, new door slabs at select locations, a new vanity in the Office bathroom, and some select lighting fixture/switch additions. Then paint throughout. S.V. All electrical work requires separate electrical permit.
