Interior tenant fit-out work consisting only of tile installation, vinyl flooring, interior painting, and construction of non-load-bearing sheetrock partition walls. No structural, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, or exterior work is included in this permit. Plumbing and electrical work will be completed separately by the landlord under separate permits.
