We are extending a 36-inch by 36-inch section of the southwest exterior wall outward by approximately 41 inches, measured from the finished interior surface. A new dormer will be constructed in this area to provide approximately 209 inches of interior height, allowing sufficient clearance for the installation of a 195-inch-tall elevator.
