From the filingRemove existing shingle roof. Inspect and replace any decking with CDX plywood. Install 6 feet of ice and water at all eves. Tape all vertical and horizontal seams with seam tape. Install synthetic underlayment. Install starter shingle, vent pipe boots and architectural shingles. Install ridge vent and ridge cap shingles.
