We will be replacing the existing deck on the property like for like. It will be located on the side of the house and will be accessible through the back door and stairs. It will have 2 concrete footings with wooden posts. It will have 4ft.. railings and will have 2 steps facing the back of the house. The stairs will have a railing. The deck will be made with 2x8 treated lumber. The dimensions of the deck will be 8ft. by 8ft. Please see the plan attached for reference. All work and material to comply with 2022 CSBC.
