Alteration - C

We just purchased this building. There was a permit pulled for some sort of grab and go and the electrical, plumbing, fire alarm and sprinkler were all roughed and inspected and sheetrocked. We are looking for a permit to install the lights, millwork and finish. This is a grab and go where no food is prepared on site. There is no appliance for heating food either.
