Alteration - R

Replace roof, install Hardi brand siding, 13 windows and one exterior door unit. Raise a small area of roof on the front of the third story to the level of the existing roof on the back of that level. Expand a small deck on the back of the third story to run across the entire width of the back of the house. No interior work to third floor. The second-floor deck and door install will not be done, the extension of the first-floor deck and French door installation will not be done in this phase. The drawing shows bubbled areas of the work not to be completed.
