SHORT TERM RENTAL (STR) OPERATING PERMIT NEW 2025/NOO C/O is for 3 bedrooms, Applicant listed it as 4 bedrooms, there is no C/o for the 4th bedroom ** BOH approved septic for 4 bedrooms, but there is no permit for the 4th bedroom and so Town's C/o is for 3 bedrooms. Applicant manager advised of this and to either list it as a 3 bedroom and get the permit for the 4th bedroom or halt renting until the 4th bedroom is legal **see media for email.
