STARBUCKS: Remove and replace two faulty rooftop units with new like for like equipment. This includes disconnecting and removing the existing units, re-connecting all existing electrical, gas, condensate and duct connections and making any minor modifications for proper installation. Once complete both units will be tested to verify proper operation and all debris will be removed from the site.
