From the filing312-314 Richbell Rd: Roof replacement. Install spray foam insulation in the cockloft to meet current energy code. Remove all other roof membranes. Inspect and repair any damaged wood decking. Base scope includes 500 sq ft. Mechanically fasten 1/2" Densdeck cover board to the existing wood deck. Install Siplast 25 year roof system with Paradiene 20/30 roof membrane. Finish all perimeter flashings with Parapro 123. Finish all penetrations and scuppers with Parapro 123.
