Garage fire damage: Replace 3'-0"x9'-0" of ceiling GWB, ceiling insulation, 2x10 wood joist parallel of garage door on both side, 2x10 garage door header, furred wall wood studs, wood sill plate. Exterior fire damage: Replace sheathing, house wrap, existing vinyl siding from under existing windows to soffit. Replace existing soffit: flashing, insulation, plywood, vented soffit. Replace existing garage door and trim. All material shall be replaced in kind.
