Renovation of existing in-ground pool: removal of existing Roman ends and squaring of pool to a rectangular configuration. Demolition of existing spa and construction of new spa within the shallow end area. Addition of new sun shelf with entry steps; new pool plumbing, circulation and lighting; relocation of pool equipment to FEMA compliant elevated platform per stamped plans. Area of disturbance: 8,512 sq ft.
