Installation of new roof to replace existing. Remove roofing and cedar shake roofing down to one by two’s on rafters on main house through to existing roof rafters. Roof sheathing secured to the existing roof rafters per NYS Residential Code Table R602.3(1). Install three-quarter inch thick plywood; Ice and water shield waterproofing membrane on the entire house roof; Synthetic felt paper on the entire house roof and garage roof; GAF timberline asphalt roof shingles on the entire house and garage with flashing where required and Ridge vent and new venting soffits. Roof sheathing shall meet the minimum requirements of Section R803 of the 2025 NYS Residential Code.
