Install: 10/7/2026-10/8/2026. Event: 10/10/2026. Removal: 10/12/2026-10/13/2026. Inspection requested Friday, 10/9, as late in the afternoon as possible. Temporary installation of a fully floored and enclosed 20M x 25M Levo Garden Structure with clear sidewalls, six 1,800 lb ballasts, and a leveled 20M x 25M deck with railings. Includes one 4-step stair unit with railings, two code packages, 9 ft x 10 ft and 9 ft x 4 ft marquee connectors, and one skirted 9 ft x 14 ft ramp. Additional equipment includes one 10 ft x 20 ft white frame tent with one code package, two LED utility lights, one LED dimmer switch, and one 45 kW generator. Weather contingency includes one fully enclosed 6M x 12M clear Losberger Clearspan tent with ten 700 lb ballasts and one clear 9 ft x 10 ft marquee tent with two 250 lb ballasts and one code package. Weather-dependent heating includes six 170,000 BTU heaters and six 100 lb propane cylinders.
