RESIDENTIAL ALTERATION

Complete removal and replacement of primary structure roof using exact same product and color architectural shingles as existing roof (existing color, style, and architectural design preserved). Remove one layer of existing asphalt shingles down to the roof deck on the primary structure. Install synthetic weather watch underlayment (ice and water shield) at eaves, valleys, and other vulnerable areas per code. Install GAF synthetic roofing paper over the remaining deck area. Install new aluminum drip edge along all eaves and rakes. Install starter strip shingles along the eaves. Install new GAF Timberline architectural asphalt shingles over the full roof area of the primary structure. Install ridge cap shingles along all ridges. All work to be done as per the manufacturer specification, residential code of NYS, the Lewisboro Town Code & pursuant to ACARC Cal #15-26ACARC.
