Remove existing shingles & dispose. Inspect/replace any rotted sheathing as needed to match existing, tape all seams in the plywood. Install Ice & water barrier 2' warm wall, all eaves, rakes, & valleys. Install synthetic underlayment, starter shingles, drip edge, ridge vent & flashing as required. Install new asphalt shingles as per the manufacturer specification, approved plans, the 2025 residential code of NYS and the Lewisboro Town Code
