RESIDENTIAL ALTERATION

RCI to remodel the existing kitchen within the existing footprint. the remodel includes disposal of existing cabinetry, appliances (save washer and dryer for re-use) and plumbing fixtures. remove and replace subfloor and flooring. install prefinished floors. new cabinetry, countertops and new appliances in accordance with the plans. rci to create a 5 foot by 6 foot 8 opening to the dining room. new electrical to be included. as per the manufacturer specification, approved plans, the 2025 residential code of NYS and the Lewisboro Town Code.
