Installation of approximately 770 linear feet of 7.5-foot-high deer fencing and approximately 180 linear feet of split rail fencing with integrated deer mesh at 96 Bouton Road, South Salem, NY (Section 10804, Block 032, Lot 032B), located within the R-4A Residential Zone. Deer fencing to consist of 90-inch-high metal mesh (per contractor specification) supported by driven posts, installed along portions of the property boundary. Split rail fencing to include wood rails with attached deer mesh backing. Work includes removal of existing deteriorated fencing in these areas and clearing of brush, saplings, and vegetation along the fence alignment as required for installation. No significant grading is proposed. A portion of the fencing will serve as a pool safety barrier enclosing the existing pool area and will comply with applicable code requirements, including minimum height, non-climbable configuration, and installation of a self-closing, self-latching gate as per the manufacturer specification, approved plans, the 2025 residential code of NYS and the Lewisboro Town Code
