Install new Granby 12-gauge steel 275-gallon flat oil tank in storage area on left side of house. Install new fill & vent lines to outside on left side of house. Install new tank gauge, vent alarm and whistle, oil filter, safety valve, run new coated oil line through old foundation to boiler, and make connections with a tiger loop system. Install tank heater to prevent freezing as per the manufacturer specification & as per the 2020 residential code of NYS & the Lewisboro Town Code. Transfer usable oil from old tank to new tank.
