Addition

Renovation of an existing single-family residence, combining a new addition, interior alterations, and legalization of existing finished spaces (by previous owners). New addition consists of a living room and adjacent exterior deck extending beyond the existing footprint and above an open patio. Interior work includes reconfiguration of bedrooms and bathrooms, a new wellness room and bathroom, a new roof terrace created within the existing roof structure above the kitchen, and a new interior stair to the terrace. Legalization of existing, previously unpermitted finished spaces on the lower lever (bedroom/bathroom suite) and second floor (office, hall, closets). No change of use - remains single family residence.
