Alteration

Bathroom Remodel: Demolish entire bathroom. Reinforce frame work as necessary. Remove existing bathroom fixtures. Sheetrock walls and ceiling. Plaster, sand, prime and paint same area. Apply new cement boards on wet areas. Apply waterproof membrane on around all wet areas. Install walls and floor tiles (supplied by client). Remove and disposal of all debris and protection. Front Porch Renovation: Demolition: remove existing rails from the front porch on the top of porch and side of patio. Remove ceiling and floor. Remove existing columns. Frame: build temporary frame to support the porch roofs. Columns: supply and install 8 columns 10" similar the existing in the house. Floor: supply and install new floor aerate porch, color will be determined by the home owner. Ceiling: supply and install new bead board 5/8" vinyl. Rails: supply and install new handrails intex hampton RS40 white for the porch, roof on the top of the porch and patio. Trims: replace facial board from the porch. Supply and install new lattice skirting vinyl around the porch and patio. Stairs: remove existing stoner, fix concrete if necessary. Supply and install new treads blue stone thermos 1" for stairs and on top of the walls, stucco on the risers and side walls. Foundation: pouring concrete base for 4 columns.
