REPAIR/REPLACE

Two porch columns replaced, typical shoring/bracing, new painted doug fir porch decking, new trim to replace existing rotten trim throughout. All work to be up to code. ***If any re-framing occurs outside of replacing the deck joists in kind- please contact the building department with a detailed drawing to request an amendment to the current scope.***
