REPAIR/REPLACE

Replace the stairs where an old deck previously existed. The new staircase will consist of approximately 5 to 6 steps leading to a landing approximately 4 feet by 7 feet in size, with required supports, handrails, and guardrails. Submitted for review 9/2/26
