Sign for restaurant. Approved Signage includes the following: - One wall sign for “Joyce taste noodle shop”, measuring 11’3” w x 3’h (34sf) mounted to the Schwenk Drive face of building, using individually mounted channel letters, white letters with black sides and red trim cap. Illumination will be provided using three(3) gooseneck fixtures, mounted above the wall sign and directed downward onto the lettering. -Existing free-standing sign will be refaced with new business name.
