Repair existing structure. Repair/replace only. No alterations are permitted under this permit. 165 Fair St is to be repaired to prevent further damage caused by the elements. The roof and framing will be repaired/replaced to carry snow load and protect from the elements per the design professional's plans. Exterior penetrations are to be sealed to prevent moisture damage. Any replacement must abide by guidelines set in place by the planning department. Repair and replacement at this property must abide by applicable local and state codes. Upon replacement of items an inspection will be called for.
