SITEWORK for 80-thousand square foot mixed-use/multi-family building. Sitework includes brownfield remediation per the RAWP approved by the DEC. **No construction—including foundations, in-ground electrical, or in-ground plumbing—may begin until the required permits are issued and the DEC confirms that the required remediation has been completed and approved for the applicable areas of the site and submitted to our office. To implement control measures for soil, pollution, and sediment in compliance with applicable laws and regulations per the approved RAWP and SWPPP**Proposed shed on site plan to be submitted for under a different permit.**
