Upgrade of electrical services to 600A to include one new exterior 600A disconnect, one 600A MDP, and one 200A subpanel, install three condensing units outside. Install two AHUs in the mechanical room and one wall mounted unit. Install 61 outlets, 31 communication points, 12 AV combination boxes, 12 disconnects.
