POOL - INGROUND

Construction of a new 37 ft x 13 ft 3 in Latham Athens fiberglass in-ground swimming pool. Work includes excavation, installation of the fiberglass pool shell, pool equipment and associated site work, including removal of the remnants of an old rear deck to accommodate the new pool. Pool installation to be performed by Swim King, with excavation and installation scheduled for August 24 and 25, 2026. The Cost of Construction below is inclusive of all pool equipment, including incidentals such as the pool cover. Swim King did not provide a breakout of the labor costs. The square footage is the estimated size of the fiberglass pool surface area. Submitted for review 8/20/26
