REPAIR/REPLACE

All work is being done on back porch of property at 206/208 W Chestnut St. Replacement of 4 4x4 post on concrete block with 6x6 post on poured footings. Replacement of weathered stairs on street-facing side of back-porch with pressure-treated wood stairs and replacement of exiting concrete pad. Addition of pressure-treated stairs with railing on alley-facing side of backporch and repair of existing concrete pad that was used prior to building purchase as landing for stairs on alley-facing side of back porch. Replacement of 27 inch high porch railing and textured wood siding with with 36 inch high porch railing with balusters. Replacement of weathered fascia board. All wood will be stained to match the existing colors on the house.
