Change existing bathroom to 1/2 bathroom and basement as conditioned storage w/ previously approved mini split. Raise ceiling at the toilet area, eliminate shower fittings (converted storage), asking for "EXCEPTION to leave existing doorway where the lower beam is. Option 2 with no bathroom
