Front covered deck and rear covered deck of home is being completely removed and replaced with new covered decks per attached stamped approved plans. Front covered deck is the same size and the rear deck has an increase in square footage. New covered decks will be built per the architectural plans and will use 5/4x6 PT decking, PT railings, PT steps to grade, ice and water shield underlayment and Timberline Architectural shingles(Charcoal black) on the roof. In addition, the current vinyl siding (white) and soffit will be removed and replaced with D4 vinyl siding, Marine Dusk color, with all new white trim and accessories. Sqft below reflects the combined covered decks.
