Scope of Work Front Porch Steps & Railing Repair and replace three broken steps currently in an unsafe, deteriorated condition. Install a new railing. Window Trim Inspect existing window trim around the home. Remove and replace any trim found to be rotted or deteriorated to prevent leaking or water penetration.
