Interior renovation of existing attic space, including installation of spray foam roof insulation, addition of furring strips to rafters to achieve required insulation depth, and installation of interior finishes (drywall, flooring) and electrical improvements.\n\n\n6/5/26- Greg email over application amendment: Change insulation of 1.5 walls in 1st floor living room from bricks to spray foam with the following details:\nRemove baseboard and window casing ( to be re-used later) and existing wood paneling in the living room. (all four walls)\n Remove lathe and plaster down to bare studs. (north wall and half of east wall only)\n Insulate existing stud cavities of north and half of east wall only with closed cell spray foam (r-24) note, the rest of the East external wall is already insulated with cellulose and the other walls are internal, install vapor barrier if necessary. Install 1/2” drywall on all walls. Apply (3) coats of joint compound and skim coat where necessary. Install baseboard and window casing.
