REPAIR/REPLACE

WE WILL DEMO OUT FLOORING ON BACK PORCH AND INSTALL NEW TIMBER TECH FLOORING ADD NEW SKIRTING TO THE BACK 07/27/26: UPDATED SCOPE OF WORK: 1. Carefully remove and dispose of the existing exterior siding and related trim as required. 2. Inspect the exposed wall sheathing for any visible damage. Any concealed structural repairs, if required, will be discussed with the homeowner before additional work proceeds. 3. Install new 1-inch thick continuous rigid insulation over the exterior wall sheathing. 4. Tape and seal insulation joints where applicable. 5. Install pressure-treated or approved 1 x 2 furring strips over the insulation. 6. Prepare the exterior walls for installation of the new siding system, including flashing and trim transitions where applicable.
