REPLACE SIDING. ***Per submitted material samples: There is a layer of vinyl siding with a layer of insulation beneath it. If the existing exterior material behind the insulation contains lead-based paint or asbestos and will be disturbed, an EPA RRP certification must be provided for lead, and the material must be tested for asbestos prior to removal. If testing confirms the presence of lead or asbestos and removal is required, the work must be performed either by a licensed abatement contractor/ RRP certified contractor, or by the homeowner only. The Building Department must be notified prior to this.***
