AS BUIT; 10 X 12 DECK OF BACK OF HOUSE. ****CONDITIONS FOR APPROVAL*****\n\n1.\tAll footings to be 12” minimum at 48” Depth with (3) #4 rebar in each footing. (5 Footings total)\n2.\t2- ply 2x8 minimum deck beam and stair support beam.\n3.\t2x8’s 16” on center- max cantilever is 24”.\n4.\tStairs and guard rails must be code compliant.\n5.\tGuardrails to be 34” minimum height. Guard posts cannot be notched and must be complete. (Through bolted x2)\n6.\t36” minimum width stairs- equal rise over run- with riser blocks and a graspable handrail with returns on one side of the guard rail.\n7.\tAn exterior light must be installed by the exterior door to the deck if not in place already.\n8.\tAll points of connection must have structural brackets including lateral tension ties and stair stringer brackets.\n\n
