This permit application is for the construction of a detached, uninsulated, without water or power, two story garage measuring 16' x 24' x 23'(roof peak) to be built in the rear right corner of our property facing toward the street. The garage will be lagged to a concrete slab and secured with hurricane straps. A detailed material breakdown of the proposed building is included along with this application as required by the City of Kingston Building Department.
