RESIDENTIAL FURNACE

FURNACE Replacement- T Webber removing existing equipment, installing a Bosch condenser and Goodman gas-fired furnace in accordance with specifications and manufacturer's installation instructions provided. A gas-check and an electrical inspection with certificate is required for the final inspection and issuance of a Certificate of Compliance. OIL Tank removal - Removal of the existing 275-gallon oil in accordance with specifications provided by owner. Upon disposal of the tank a disposition statement must be provided and a copy of the scrap receipt prior to final inspection and for the issuance of a Certificate of Compliance.
