RESIDENTIAL DEMO

DEMOLITION- Existing dwelling unit with storm damage that needs to have demolition to a 10' X 12' area using best means and methods and debris is to be hauled away in containers that will to be properly disposed. Dust and debris must be contained by water spray while performing demolition activities and placed into containers to be covered for transport. Utilities may need to be disconnected at the street before commencing demolition activities. A Final Inspection is required for the issuance of a certificate of Compliance.
