RESIDENTIAL REPLACEMENT BOILER

Boiler replacement- Bottini Fuel replacing the existing oil-fired boiler with a gas-fired condensing Boiler by Viessmann model #Vitodens 100-W and Vitocell 300 HWH in accordance with manufacturer’s installation instructions and specifications. OIL Tank removal - Removal of the existing 275-gallon oil in accordance with specifications provided by Bottini Fuel. Upon disposal of the tank a disposition statement must be provided on the company's letterhead with a copy of the scrap receipt prior to final inspection and for the issuance of a Certificate of Compliance.
